Miley's current arm-candy Liam Hemsworth says that "all is well" with the singer/"actress" and that Billie Ray is the one who is losing it. Liam says that the last time Billie spoke with Miley was to tell her to "get him a little Ziploc of cocaine." The couple didn't know what to think of Billie's request and simply let it slide.
But what does Miley have to say about the accusations made by her father?
"I'm Hannah Montana, too, but don't tell nobody!"
Miley seemed to be just fine when paparazzi caught her laying on top of a boy in a striped jacket revealing her toned stomach. Later that night, she was caught acting a little tipsy outside of The Scene, the newest Hollywood hangout (see "Is Ke$ha a Terrorist?" for more information on The Scene), and when paps asker her if she was feeling alright, she pulled down her shirt and whispered, "[m]y bra looks like sherbert." Clearly, the singer/"actress" is doing perfectly well and Billie Ray has absolutely nothing to worry about.
